Live Plant Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns on live plant purchases.
If your plant arrives damaged or dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
- The plant
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Once reviewed, Blooming Back to Me may offer a replacement plant, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion.
Claims submitted more than 24 hours after delivery cannot be honored.
Blooming Back to Me is not responsible for damage caused by extreme weather, shipping delays beyond our control, or improper care after delivery. Customers who decline recommended heat packs, insulation, or weather protection assume the risk of weather-related damage.
